As a Work Environment Specialist for our client in Södertälje, you will be part of an HR department consisting of five HR strategists, two Work Environment Specialists, and one HR Coordinator, all reporting to the Group's HR Director. The focus during the assignment will be on developing the client's work environment efforts, employer branding, the group's processes for salaries & benefits, talent supply, and continued digitalization.

About the position As a temporary Work Environment Specialist, you will be jointly responsible for the client's strategies, policies/guidelines, and working methods within the work environment area. You will be responsible for monitoring the implementation and compliance of these in the client group's companies and for their ongoing development in line with laws, internal and external requirements. The work will be both directive, consultative, and needs-based with managers as the primary customers/target group.

• Challenge and improve processes and working methods based on analyses of outcomes, trends, and external factors

• Support and coach managers in systematic work environment efforts and compliance with legal requirements

• Reporting and analysis of work environment key figures and active remedial work based on status, both at the company and group level

• Manager and employee support by developing, providing, conducting, and enhancing training in various forms and channels within the area of responsibility

• Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external audits regarding work environment

• Contribute to realizing our initiated plan regarding the development of work environment efforts

• Operational support to users in our IT systems related to work environment such as ENIA, Notisum, and Stratsys 

About you

Requirements for the position

-  Academic degree in HR or work environment area or equivalent relevant education

- At least 3 years of experience from a similar role or operations

- Experience in developing and simplifying processes

- Experience in supporting managers in investigations of incidents (accidents, near misses)

- Proficient system user and see digitalization as a natural part of creating effective processes

- Familiar with and preferably use statistics and data in decision-making

- Very good Swedish in speech and writing, good knowledge of English

- Experience and knowledge of basic work environment regulations and common work environment risks

- Work according to the requirements of ISO 45001, preferably in a certified organization - B driver's license, manual transmission Preferred: Experience in requirement specification during procurement (work environment requirements) and monitoring of these requirements. Knowledge of Stratsys, ENIA, Sharepoint, Notisum legal monitoring

Other Planned start date is January 7, 2026. The assignment will last until the end of August/beginning of September. Scope 100%
